What is the Club Success Plan (CSP)
The Club Success Plan (CSP) is Toastmasters’ strategic planning tool that outlines how members will achieve their educational goals, strengthen membership growth, and elevate overall club quality. It also serves as the official planning document that connects your club’s goals, actions, and officer responsibilities to the Distinguished Club Program (DCP).

Step 1
Go to Toastmasters.org
Step 2
Log in to your Toastmasters account
Step 3
Go to your home page. (Hover your mouse over your name at the top and click My Home.)
Step 4
Scroll down to the Leadership Central section and click the Club Central tile. If you belong to multiple clubs, it will list your clubs, select the club you want to access.
Step 5
Scroll down to the Club Management section and click the Club Success Plan tile.Â

Submit online to Toastmasters International by September 30th to be eligible for the Distinguished Club Program
